Be still…be calm. Our present world is characterised by so much activity, strife, STRESS! We need to take time everyday to pause, be calm and have conversations with God who will aways direct us in the right path, the path without stress. After all He knows all things, nothing is hidden from Him. He is God indeed! Ask and you shall receive.
