The Fear of the Lord

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. ..Hebrews 10:31

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. ..Proverbs 1:7

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. .. 2 Corinthians 7:1

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. .. Matthew 10:28

Dear Lord. I’ll stand in awe of You all the days of my life. Creator of the Universe and all that is in it, I give You reverence. There is none like You. From everlasting to everlasting, You are God. I love and thank You for saving me. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
