Weary, but Strong

I am physically exhausted, and there is so much yet to be done. Where do I get the strength, I look at the list of things undone, look at what I have at my disposal to do the things I need to. And I almost give up. I feel like I’m running on nervous energy. Still, I am joyful. And still I have insurmountable hope.

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. .. Isaiah 40:28-31

“..For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future…” .. Jeremiah 29:11
